Every Stratovus Advisory engagement carries a fixed fee, scoped and agreed before work begins. After your free consultation, we define the scope and deliverables and confirm the price. No hourly rates. No surprises.
Can I run more than one engagement at a time?+
Yes. Stratovus Advisory engagements can be structured individually or sequenced based on your situation. Where it makes sense, two engagements can run concurrently. Each is scoped and priced separately before work begins.
What happens when my engagement ends?+
Every engagement ends with a close-out review of what was delivered and what comes next. Some clients return for another Stratovus Advisory engagement. Many continue with Stratovus CFO for ongoing financial leadership.
