The Right Answer to the Right Question. One Project at a Time.

What would it take to raise capital? What is my business worth if I sold it tomorrow? Where is my business losing money it shouldn’t be?

Every Single-Scope Project is built around one specific question your business needs answered, with a defined outcome, a fixed fee, and no long-term commitment required.

FAQs

Common questions about our fractional CFO services.

What businesses do you serve?

We work with owner-operated businesses from sub-$1M up to $10M in revenue. Single-Scope Projects are available to businesses at any stage, including those that aren’t ready for ongoing CFO support but need focused help with one specific challenge or goal.

Can I choose just one service or do I need a package?

Yes. Projects can be engaged individually or in combination depending on your needs. Each project is scoped and priced separately. Single-Scope Projects can also be paired with our Core CFO Package when ongoing support makes sense alongside the project work.

How are services delivered?

Every project is delivered virtually, so location is never a limitation. Stratovus Consulting works with businesses nationally across the lower 48 states, providing the same level of direct CFO access and project support regardless of where you are.

How does pricing work?

Pricing for every Single-Scope Project is fixed and agreed upon before work begins. After an initial assessment we define the scope and deliverables and provide a clear price. No hourly rates, no retainers, no surprises.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with Dan Vong, Founder and Principal of Stratovus Consulting, throughout every project. Dan has more than 20 years of experience across Fortune 500 finance and entrepreneurship. When specialized support is needed, Dan coordinates a personally vetted network of accounting, tax, and legal professionals behind the scenes. Your point of contact never changes.

How quickly can I get started?

Most Single-Scope Projects begin within 7 to 10 days of your initial discovery call. Once your situation is reviewed and the scope is defined, work starts as soon as the engagement is confirmed.
