Stratovus CFO is built around a simple principle. You should have access to a complete financial team without having to manage one.
Every engagement is led directly by Dan Vong, Founder and Principal of Stratovus Consulting, supported by a credentialed network of accounting, tax, and legal professionals engaged when the work requires it. One relationship. Full financial capability. Your questions, answered.
Your existing bookkeeper or accountant handles the day to day. Our accounting partner oversees that work, ensures the numbers are accurate, and prepares the financial reports needed to provide meaningful guidance for your business.
Our tax partner reviews your tax situation and ensures your records are accurate and filing-ready. We coordinate with your existing tax preparer so everything is in order well before filing season arrives.
Should you hire? Buy that equipment? Take on a new property? No two businesses arrive at these decisions the same way. We develop the financial foundation your business needs so every answer we give you is built on your numbers, your goals, and your stage of growth.
Each service area within Stratovus CFO can be engaged individually or combined based on what your business needs right now. The level of support within each service is determined during your initial assessment.
Know your tax position before filing season arrives
Deliver everything your tax preparer needs, organized and on time
Stay compliant and prepared throughout the year, not just in April
Know what your cash is doing before it becomes a problem
See where your business is headed so major decisions are always informed
Understand exactly what hiring, expanding, or investing means for your business financially
*Businesses with incomplete or unorganized records may require a Finance Reset before ongoing support begins.

Each engagement follows a structured three-phase approach. We begin by assessing your current financial position, build the systems and processes your business needs, then deliver ongoing CFO support as your business grows.

Yes. Stratovus CFO is structured around three core service areas — Accounting Oversight and Reporting, Tax Readiness and Compliance, and Financial Planning and Strategy. You can start with one or engage all three. Every engagement is scoped to your business before work begins.
We work with clients virtually, so you get the same level of support regardless of where your business is located.
We offer tiered, transparent pricing for Stratovus CFO. Most engagements are month-to-month. Minimum terms may apply depending on the scope and structure of your engagement. A 2-month minimum applies when a Finance Reset is required.
You always work directly with Dan Vong, a finance leader with decades of experience in both corporate finance and small business. For specialized tasks, Dan coordinates trusted accounting, tax, and legal partners, as needed.
Most new clients can onboard within 7 to 10 days after an initial discovery call and review of your needs.
“We knew the business was getting more complex, and I did not want to keep making decisions without solid financial visibility. Stratovus helped us tighten that up and gave us exactly the level of support we needed.”
“Going into peak season, sales were moving, but cash still felt tight and I knew I did not have a clear handle on inventory and cash flow. Stratovus understood the FBA model, helped me think through inventory the right way, and brought a lot more control to the business.”
“We had work coming in and a bookkeeper handling the basics, but I still felt like I was guessing every month. Stratovus connected the dots for me and gave me a much clearer handle on the financial side of the business.”
